Just to make life a bit easier, at Promos Online we have a fixed shipping rate of $14.95 per order regardless of the value and quantity of the goods being shipped – not bad eh?
We will advise you of the despatch date for your order as part of the order acceptance; however the order cannot proceed until payment is made and the despatch date may alter if payment is delayed.
Upon despatch we will advise you of the courier and their shipping details so that you can follow your order if you want to. As part of our guarantee if we do not ship on time then we won’t charge you.

Returns & Replacements
We guarantee our products and service however if you feel that you need to return a product for whatever reason please contact us first as it will avoid a lot of time and confusion down the track! 

We stand by the pricing that you will see online so as you complete the relevant details on our product page the price that you will see is our quoted price. Upon receipt of your order we will check the details to ensure that it is all correct e.g. the art work that is submitted with your order as well as confirming the despatch date..
If you have a better price from someone else, please let us know as we would love to be able to match it, however as you well know there are suppliers and then there are suppliers.
Because we guarantee the products that we supply we only use those suppliers with whom we have a long standing relationship and who we know supply the best products in the industry. There are a lot of other suppliers who we will not deal with because we do not want to supply a product that does not match our quality standards and which could potentially harm your most important asset – your BRAND! Because of this policy we may not be able to compete with other distributors who use these suppliers.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We prefer that clients use PayPal as it is secure or you can make a direct debit into our bank account. Please note that until we receive confirmation of payment the order cannot proceed and as such the quoted despatch date may change.

If you wish to apply to become an account customer please contact us for the relevant forms. We normally require a minimum of three to five transactions before we will consider a request for an account. Government institutions are able to apply for an account without having to meet these requirements.
